MOVEMENT: Detroit's Electronic Music Festival. Weather forecast for the day was 50% chance of showers with humid conditions and temperatures at 80 degrees. All that amounted from the showers was a 20 minute shower late afternoon. While that may have dampened spirits for some attending, the overall for the festival was 80,000 and set a new high.
